Old School Villa is located in Gnidyn - a cozy village in the Dnieper valley. Guests here are offered to plunge into the atmosphere of good old England. Massive wood, draperies, jacquard, candelabra, mantel clock will give you the feeling of the Victorian era.
For dinner we cook Fish end Chips and a grill menu. Full English Breakfast is offered for breakfast. In the hall of our restaurant you can relax and unwind with a cup of traditional English tea.
We were created for people who need a break from the rhythm of city life. Spend time in a quiet village among the luxurious landscapes of the Dnieper floodplain. And warm up in the saunas of the hotel SPA.
The Kyiv Country House loves children and everything related to motherhood. But adults can also afford to rest. At least sometimes. Therefore, we accept guests from 14 years old (there is no age limit when renting a whole house). And the restaurant serves only our guests or owners of club cards.

The total area of the house is 555 sq.m. On the ground floor there is a professional kitchen where our chefs can fulfill any of your culinary preferences, a spa complex with a hammam, Finnish sauna and jacuzzi and a banquet hall for events up to 40 people.
On the second floor there are 4 one-room bedrooms and one two-room bedroom with its own private office. Each room has its own private bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Old School Villa is ready to accommodate with an overnight up to 12 people

The village of Gnidyn is located 12 km from the nearest metro station - Boryspil, 22 km from the regional center - the city of Boryspil, 29 km. from the center of Kiev, 20 km. from the international airport Boryspil, 15 kilometers from the Kiev-Kharkov highway and 17 kilometers from the Darnitsa railway station. It stretches not far from the Dnieper, on a river floodplain and a terrace above the floodplain. The area of the settlement is about 913 hectares. This place is very picturesque: in the East, on a hill, there is a pine forest grows green, in the West - Dnieper meadows with numerous small lakes.
